Flush the rice in chilly water a few times until the water runs clear. Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes.

Add the cooked rice to the container and blend well. Add the chopped cilantro and mint.

Cover the pan and cook the biryani on low heat for 10-15 minutes or until the rice is cooked through and the flavors are well combined.
Serve the vegetable biryani hot, garnished with more chopped cilantro and mint if desired.
